These terms describe access to Furety public pages, service information, merchant inquiry forms, wallet guidance, API documentation, and Trust Center content.

Furety services are provided for lawful payment, settlement, merchant, developer, and infrastructure use. FTY is not sold as an investment product and does not provide yield, interest, staking income, or guaranteed returns.

Service orders, integrations, and payment workflows may include additional written terms, acceptance records, invoices, or merchant agreements when applicable.
